2:30 PM – Load Trucks
3:00 PM – Load Bus / Depart South
4:30 PM – Arrive / Set-up / Survey Area
5:00 PM – Dinner – SG, JG, SMG, FG, SB, JB, SMB, FB
6:00 PM – Band Dress / Pit and Battery to Rehearse
6:30 PM – Block up
6:45 PM – Warm-up / Sectionals
7:00 PM – Full Rehearsal
7:30 PM – Pit Breakdown & Stage / Winds Tune / Quiet Time to Focus
7:50 PM – Winds, Battery, Guard, Block and Move to Stage
8:00 PM – Stage
8:15 PM – Perform
8:30 PM – Change / Load the Truck
9:30 PM – Awards
11:00 PM – Return to South
- Trumpets / Horns Unload and Put Away All Booster Supplies From Busses
- Clarinets Clean and Vacuum the Band Room.
- Trombones empty trash cans in dumpsters..
- Low Brass (Trombone, Baritone, Tuba) Unload Trucks
- Flutes Unload Trucks
Reminder on the competition dress code: Gray T-shirts under uniforms, long black socks ($2 charge if student does not have their own), no visible jewelry, no visible fingernail polish, hair bands matching hair color (for the Pit girls) and the Alice T-shirts/Dickie jackets for after the performance.
