1:30 PM – Field Rehearsal @ South High (Pit Loads Truck at This Time)

2:15 PM – Battery to Load Trucks – Winds SILENT DRILL

2:30 PM – Winds to Load Trucks

3:00 PM – Load Bus / Depart South

4:00 PM – Arrive / Set-up / Bathroom / Survey Area / Eat a Light meal / Watch a Band

5:00 PM – Dinner

5:30 PM – Dress / Pit and Battery to Rehearse

6:00 PM – To Practice Field

6:15 PM –  Field Warm Ups (8 to 5, 6 to 5, 4 to 5, backward, Slides, SILENT DRILL)

6:45 PM – Warm ups / Tune / Sectionals

7:00 PM – All Brass Sectional with Bryan Smith, Woodwind Sectionals with Section Leaders

7:30 PM – Full Rehearsal

8:00 PM – Pit Breakdown / Winds Focus Rehearsal

8:15 PM – Pit Stage / Winds Tune and Block

8:30 PM – Stage

8:45 PM – Perform

9:00 PM – Clean-up / Change / Load the Truck

9:45 PM – Awards

11:00 PM – Return to South

- Alto Saxes unload coolers and booster supplies from all busses and put them away.

- Flutes Clean and Vacuum the Band Room.

- Clarinets help unload equipment truck

- All Brass help to unload truck

- Tenor Saxes empty all trash into large trash Bins at front of school
